2. Hosting
This website and the RettApp information pages are hosted by OVHcloud (to be confirmed by AFSR), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
User data processed within the application remains stored locally on the user's iPhone (SwiftData database) and, where the optional parent-sharing feature is enabled, in iCloud operated by Apple Inc. (One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA) under each user's personal iCloud account.
3. Distribution
RettApp is distributed free of charge through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms apply to download and installation (Apple Media Services Terms of Service).
4. Intellectual property
All RettApp content (text, illustrations, icons, source code, the "RettApp" trademark) is the property of the AFSR or its contributors. Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited (article L.122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

The AFSR makes every effort to provide a reliable service but cannot be held liable for any errors, unavailability or service interruptions. This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in the area of the AFSR's registered office, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law.
